Pyrometer optris CSmicro 2W LT

The compact pyrometer CSmicro 2W LT is equipped with an innovative, miniaturized stainless steel measuring head, which can be employed in limited and narrow spaces without any problems. Its high temperature resistance up to 180 °C without cooling makes it the ideal measuring device in hot ambient temperatures.

The infrared pyrometer has been designed for a temperature range from -40 °C to 1,030 °C and is equipped with an LED display for alarm signalization, target assistance, self-diagnosis or temperature-code display. It can be operated via simple two-wire installation or be plugged via USB.

Areas of application for the pyrometer optris CS Micro 2W LT

The pyrometer CSmicro 2W LT has been designed for the measurement of non-metallic surfaces.
Since the IR thermometer offers a temperature resistance of up to 180°C without cooling, it is ideally suited for e.g. surveillance of surface temperatures during lamination processes in vehicle interiors, which take place in temperatures of about 120°C.

In the plastics industry, the pyrometer works perfectly for temperature regulation during the thermoforming of foils, where it monitors defined measurement points.

Are you a producer of circuit boards? If so, you should employ the optris CSmicro 2W LT for function tests of equipped circuit boards. It registers the thermic behavior of circuit boards touchless and in no time while not influencing delicate measuring objects.
